Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate operational processes and outputs to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
Conduct regular audits, identify discrepancies or process gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve quality issues and streamline workflows.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality audits, metrics, and performance reports.
Analyze customer feedback and operational data to suggest continuous process improvements.
Ensure all deliverables comply with company guidelines, industry regulations, and internal policies.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of professional experience (freshers with strong analytical aptitude are welcome to apply).
Skills:
Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel) and general computer applications.
Ability to manage time effectively and work well under pressure.
