We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chinese Master to prepare high-quality Chinese dishes while maintaining consistency, taste, presentation, and kitchen efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Chinese dishes according to company recipes and standards.
- Cook fried rice, noodles, and starters.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and portion sizes.
- Ensure timely preparation of orders during peak hours.
- Manage ingredient preparation, stock rotation, and inventory usage.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cooking area.
- Minimize food wastage and control kitchen costs.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chinese Master or Chinese Chef.
- Strong knowledge of wok cooking techniques and Chinese sauces.
- Ability to handle high-volume orders efficiently.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Team-oriented and responsible attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in restaurants, hotels, or quick-service restaurants.
- Expertise in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian Chinese dishes.
- Ability to develop new menu items and specials.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
