We are continually advancing our IT Operations on a global basis and are looking for an engineer with a solid understanding of standard client/server, private and public cloud, and automation fundamentals. As a DevOps Infrastructure Engineer, you will be at the heart of our automation mission by working closely with our DevOps teams. You will troubleshoot all aspects of our automated areas effectively, understand DevOps best practices, carry out code authoring, workflows and pipelines, and maintain server access details. You will also fully understand operating system configurations, tuning, and customization as well as security compliance best practices.
Work you'll do
As an Infrastructure Engineer II on the Process and Security Engineering team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing automation solutions using PowerShell and application programming interfaces, including REST and SOAP, to improve efficiency and consistency
- Administering Active Directory organizational units, accounts, groups, and access controls across on-premises environments
- Delivering identity and access management services across Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud Platform, including roles, permissions, and deployment patterns
- Managing GitHub workflows, DevOps pipelines, and Terraform-based infrastructure automation
- Supporting service reliability, security, incident response, and continuous improvement across platforms including VMware, Veeam, ServiceNow, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and cloud environments
The team
The Process and Security Engineering team supports infrastructure operations through automation, platform administration, and identity services across enterprise environments. The team focuses on improving reliability, security, and consistency by standardizing processes and enabling scalable operational support. Team members work closely with DevOps and operations stakeholders to deliver solutions that reduce manual effort and strengthen service performance.

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 3-5 years of information technology experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a similar technical field
- Experience developing automation using PowerShell and application programming interfaces (APIs), including REST and SOAP
- Experience administering identity and access management (IAM) services across Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience with GitHub workflows, DevOps pipelines, and Terraform
- Experience administering Active Directory organizational units, groups, and access controls
- Experience using software development life cycle (SDLC) tools for code and task management in Azure DevOps and GitHub
Preferred:
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments
- Experience with backup and replication technologies, including Veeam
- Experience with VMware and ServiceNow platforms
- Experience supporting incident management and change management processes
