Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our showroom operations in Ghitorni. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, sales-driven, and capable of managing all aspects of the store—from team supervision to client engagement and sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the retail store
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with clients, interior designers, builders, and vendors
- Coordinate and conduct site visits for furniture placement and measurements
- Manage inbound and outbound sales
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to clients
- Handle retail loss prevention and inventory management
- Meet sales targets and deadlines
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail store management role
- Prior experience in the furniture industry is a strong advantage
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Understanding of retail sales principles and customer engagement strategies
- Knowledge of furniture layout and placement for home settings
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
