Job Summary:
We are looking for an Industrial Painter responsible for surface preparation and painting of sheet metal components, cabins, fabricated parts, and e-vehicle assemblies. The candidate should have experience in industrial painting processes and knowledge of paint application techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Surface preparation including sanding, grinding, putty work, and cleaning
- Apply primer, base coat, and finish paint on sheet metal parts and cabins
- Operate spray painting equipment and painting tools
- Perform powder coating/liquid painting activities as required
- Ensure paint quality, thickness, and finishing standards
- Masking and protection of non-paint areas
- Handle touch-up and rework activities
- Follow safety procedures while handling paints and chemicals
- Maintain cleanliness of painting booth and work area
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of industrial spray painting
- Experience in sheet metal or automobile painting
- Understanding of primer, thinner, hardener, and paint mixing
- Ability to identify paint defects and corrections
- Basic knowledge of painting tools and compressors
Experience:
- 1-5 years preferred in industrial/factory painting
Qualification:
- ITI / 8th Pass / 10th Pass / Relevant Experience
Preferred Industry Experience:
- Automobile manufacturing
- Sheet metal fabrication
- E-vehicle manufacturing
- Industrial equipment manufacturing
Salary:
As per experience and skill level
Pay: ₹700.00 - ₹1,000.00 per day
