SFS School, Narengi is seeking a dedicated and competent PGT Political Science Teacher to join our academic team on a 6-month contractual basis. This position is a temporary appointment to ensure academic continuity during the contractual period.
The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise in Political Science at the senior secondary level, with the ability to explain concepts clearly, encourage critical thinking, and prepare students effectively for assessments and board examinations.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Political Science (M.A.) – mandatory
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) – mandatory
- Prior teaching experience at the senior secondary level preferred
- Strong command over Political Science concepts, political theory.
- Good communication skills in English
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver Political Science lessons for senior secondary classes in line with curriculum objectives
- Teach core concepts using effective and student-centric teaching methodologies
- Design, conduct, and evaluate tests, assignments, and assessments
- Monitor student progress and provide academic support as required
- Prepare students for internal assessments and board examinations
- Maintain discipline and a productive classroom environment
- Collaborate with faculty members for academic planning and coordination
- Maintain accurate academic records and documentation
Salary:
Up to ₹35,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
