- Beverage Preparation: Craft hot and cold drinks (espressos, lattes, teas) to precise recipes and standards.
- Customer Service: Welcome guests warmly, take orders, explain menu items, and personalize the customer experience.
- Equipment Operation: Use and maintain espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and milk frothers.
- Sanitation & Cleaning: Sanitize workstations, clean brewing equipment, and keep the seating/bar areas tidy.
- Cash Handling: Process transactions via the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and balance the register.
- Inventory Management: Restock cups, syrups, coffee beans, and assist with receiving supply deliveries
