Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Basic Strategy Support

Assist in developing platform-specific content for LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit under senior supervision. Support content calendar creation and learn to use social listening tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite) to understand audience preferences and trending topics.

Entry-Level AI Tool Learning

Learn and practice with basic AI content tools (Jasper, Copy.ai) to assist in content creation and optimization. Gain hands-on experience with scheduling platforms and basic analytics to understand post performance and engagement patterns.

Creative Content Development

Support creative campaign initiatives including polls, carousels, and basic video content creation. Assist with user-generated content collection and basic influencer outreach under guidance from senior team members.

Community Engagement & Learning

Learn community management fundamentals by monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and mentions within established guidelines. Participate in live events and community engagement activities to build practical experience in audience interaction.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Learn to use Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and platform dashboards to track basic metrics like likes, shares, comments, and follower growth. Assist in preparing weekly performance summaries and learn to identify successful content patterns.

Collaboration & Skill Development

Work closely with design, marketing, and senior social media team members to understand campaign alignment and brand consistency. Stay updated on 2025 social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools through continuous learning and training sessions.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Any Stream
Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Learning Aptitude: Willingness to learn social media management tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social

Core Competencies:

Strong written communication and basic copywriting skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Eagerness to learn AI content tools and analytics platforms
