Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor with experience in Interior Fit-Out projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, managing labor and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and completing projects within the planned schedule.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities at site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
2. Workforce Management
- Manage site labor, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Allocate manpower effectively based on work requirements.
- Maintain daily attendance and productivity records of workers.
- Ensure discipline and proper utilization of resources at site.
3. Quality Control
- Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Monitor finishing works including civil, carpentry, gypsum, painting, flooring, glass, and furniture installation.
- Identify defects and ensure timely rectification.
4. Material Management
- Monitor receipt and usage of materials at site.
- Maintain material consumption records.
- Coordinate with procurement for timely material availability.
- Minimize material wastage.
5. Safety Compliance
- Ensure compliance with site safety regulations.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Monitor use of PPE by all workers and subcontractors.
- Report unsafe conditions and incidents immediately.
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily progress reports (DPR).
- Submit daily manpower and work status reports.
- Record site issues, delays, and corrective actions.
- Support preparation of measurement sheets and work completion reports.
7. Client & Consultant Coordination
- Attend site meetings with clients and consultants.
- Resolve site-related issues in coordination with project teams.
- Ensure timely closure of client observations and snag points.
Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of interior fit-out execution and finishing works.
- Ability to read drawings and BOQs.
- Understanding of carpentry, gypsum, painting, flooring, glass, and MEP coordination.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
