TVM Signalling and Transportation Systems Private Limited (TSTS), a Group Company of Kyosan Japan, is seeking a Magnetic Systems Engineer to lead the design and development of next-generation magnetic sensing systems for railway signaling and transportation applications.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end development of magnetic sensors , from physics-based modeling and simulation to prototype validation and hardware integration. You’ll work closely with cross-functional R&D, electronics, and systems teams to deliver high-reliability sensing solutions for safety-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced magnetic sensing solutions using Hall-effect, AMR, GMR, and TMR technologies
- Perform magnetic field modeling and FEA to optimize sensor performance and packaging
- Develop magnetic circuits and low-noise analog front-ends for high-precision detection
- Drive signal conditioning, calibration, and noise mitigation strategies
- Integrate sensors with embedded hardware and validate through lab/field testing
- Document design, test results, and contribute to IP/patents
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s/Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Magnetics, or related field
- Strong background in magnetic field modeling, FEA, and sensor physics
- Hands-on experience with Hall-effect, AMR, GMR, TMR sensors
- Expertise in magnetic circuit design and low-noise analog systems
- Familiarity with signal conditioning, PCB layout, and hardware integration
- Proven research or product development experience in magnetics
This is a high-impact R&D role for someone passionate about pushing magnetic sensing technology into real-world transportation systems.
