Position: Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process
Job Description: We are hiring experienced customer service professionals for an International Voice Process with a leading global ITES organization.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process, BPO, or Customer Service
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Candidates with relevant international voice experience are preferred
Salary and Benefits:
- Maximum CTC: ₹3.3 LPA
- Up to ₹22,000 in-hand per month + incentives
- Salary hike of up to 30% over last drawn salary, subject to a maximum CTC of ₹3.3 LPA
- 5 days working
- 2 rotational week-offs
- Rotational shifts
- One-way cab facility available
