Job Title: BTL Marketing Manager – Healthcare
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced BTL Marketing Manager to lead offline marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility, patient acquisition, and clinic footfall. The ideal candidate should have experience in the healthcare industry and be skilled in planning and executing field marketing campaigns, health camps, corporate tie-ups, and community engagement programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute BTL marketing strategies to increase patient walk-ins and lead generation.
- Plan and manage health camps, medical awareness programs, apartment activations, mall promotions, kiosks, and roadshows.
- Build and maintain partnerships with corporates, schools, colleges, residential communities, gyms, NGOs, and local organizations.
- Coordinate with clinic operations, doctors, and marketing teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Manage field marketing executives, promoters, and vendor agencies.
- Monitor campaign performance, patient acquisition cost, ROI, and prepare MIS reports.
- Ensure timely availability of branding materials, promotional collateral, and marketing assets across all clinics.
- Identify new opportunities for offline patient acquisition and referral generation.
- Manage BTL marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to recommend innovative marketing initiatives.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in BTL Marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong experience in health camp execution, corporate tie-ups, brand activation, and field marketing.
- Team handling and vendor management experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel across branches and campaign locations.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.
