We are looking for a proactive and organized HR professional to manage day-to-day HR operations and office administration activities. The candidate will play a key role in employee management, hiring, office culture development, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring process.
- Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Process Full & Final settlement of employees.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Manage daily office administration and operational tasks.
- Coordinate office events, employee engagement activities, celebrations, and parties.
- Build and maintain a positive office culture and healthy work environment.
- Support employees with HR-related queries and concerns.
- Coordinate with management for policy implementation and office discipline.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and administrative requirements.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and employee management.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in HR and Administration profile.
- Positive attitude and team management skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
