About Us
HBA Media Lab is a fast-growing digital marketing and media buying company working with DTC and eCommerce brands. We are looking for an HR Manager who can manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for marketing, creative, content, design, and operations roles.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate hiring processes.
- Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee records.
- Support payroll, attendance, and leave management.
- Conduct performance reviews and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, POSH, PF, ESI, and HR policies.
- Handle employee grievances, exits, and full & final settlements.
- Support employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or HR Generalist roles.
- Experience in digital marketing agencies, startups, or creative companies preferred.
- Knowledge of payroll, compliance, and labor laws.
- Familiarity with HRMS tools such as Keka, Zoho People, or GreytHR.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati preferred).
- Based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate.
