We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth across our cybersecurity service portfolio.
This role focuses on B2B solution selling, covering cybersecurity consulting, audits, technical services, and training offerings. It is ideal for professionals who can engage with enterprise stakeholders and position value-driven security solutions aligned with business needs
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Pipeline Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across corporates for cybersecurity consulting, audit, technical, and training services
- Execute multi-channel outreach strategies including cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking
- Engage with senior decision-makers such as CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, CROs, and Heads of Audit, Compliance, and IT
- Build, manage, and consistently grow a healthy sales pipeline
2. Consultative & Solution Selling
- Position and sell cybersecurity consulting, audit, technical services, and training solutions
- Understand client challenges and recommend tailored, business-aligned cybersecurity solutions
- Develop customized proposals and solution frameworks
- Deliver impactful presentations, product demos, and commercial discussions
3. Revenue Growth & Deal Closure
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure
- Negotiate commercials and close deals in line with revenue targets
- Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling across service lines
4. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients
- Work closely with internal consulting and delivery teams for seamless execution
- Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
5. Market Intelligence & Brand Representation
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, frameworks, and in-demand skills (e.g., VAPT, SOC, ISO standards)
- Represent Provalue at industry events, webinars, and knowledge sessions
- Contribute to strengthening market presence and brand visibility

Eligibility & Skills
- 6 months–3 years of experience in B2B Cybersecurity Sales / IT Sales / EdTech Sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to sell intangible solutions (consulting, audit, technical, or training services)
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts (or strong willingness to learn)
- Target-oriented mindset with strong closing ability
- Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- MBA in sales/ marketing preferred
- Exposure to cybersecurity or IT services industry is preferred
