Job Responsibilities
- Handling front office and reception activities
- Attending phone calls and enquiry follow-ups
- Welcoming students, parents, and visitors professionally
- Maintaining admission records and office documents
- Coordinating with different departments for daily operations
- Supporting administrative and customer service activities
