Location: MDB Head Office – Banur Kharar Road, Banur, Greater Mohali
Experience
Minimum 5 years in real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales through channel partners
- Manage and expand broker / CP network
- Conduct site visits and project presentations
- Convert leads into bookings
- Maintain strong relationships with investors and HNI buyers
- Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns
- Track leads and sales through CRM

- Strong real estate market knowledge
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
