Experience : Above 10 years
Qualification : Any Degree
Roles and responsibilities.
- Manage the receipt, inspection, storage, and issue of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of raw materials and consumables.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, quality, and logistics departments.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and annual physical inventory.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure proper material identification, labeling, and storage conditions.
- Implement inventory control methods as applicable.
- Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock reports.
- Supervise storekeepers and warehouse staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and housekeeping standards (5S).
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and material handling processes.
- Coordinate material dispatches and documentation.
- Maintain records of inward and outward material movement.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, quality, and audit requirements.
