Job Overview
UK International London Beauty School is looking for a passionate and experienced Skin Trainer to join our Bengaluru branch. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of skincare, skin analysis, facial treatments, and beauty therapy, along with excellent communication and teaching skills.
The candidate will be responsible for delivering both theoretical and practical training to students and ensuring they develop industry-relevant skills and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct theory and practical classes on skin care, beauty therapy, and advanced skin treatments.
- Train students in skin analysis, skin types, skin conditions, and appropriate treatment procedures.
- Demonstrate professional facial and skincare techniques through hands-on practical sessions.
- Teach basic to advanced facial treatments, clean-ups, bleaching, waxing, threading, and other relevant beauty services.
- Provide training on professional skincare products, their usage, benefits, and precautions.
- Demonstrate proper hygiene, sanitation, safety, and client-care protocols.
- Guide students in performing treatments confidently and professionally.
- Evaluate students through practical demonstrations, assessments, and regular feedback.
- Prepare and deliver training modules according to the academy curriculum.
- Maintain high standards of discipline, grooming, hygiene, and professionalism among students.
- Stay updated with the latest skincare products, techniques, trends, and industry practices.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, demonstrations, academy events, and student activities.
- Support students in developing practical skills required for careers in salons, spas, clinics, and the beauty industry.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of skin science, skincare, facial treatments, and beauty therapy.
- Excellent practical knowledge of professional skincare procedures.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and effective manner.
- Good classroom management and student-handling skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing students.
- Professional grooming and a positive attitude.
- Ability to conduct both classroom and practical training.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of relevant experience as a Skin Trainer, Skin Therapist, Beauty Trainer, Cosmetologist, or Aesthetic Professional.
- Certification/Diploma in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, Skin Care, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or equivalent will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in reputed beauty academies, salons, spas, skin clinics, or aesthetic centres will be preferred.
- Strong practical exposure to professional skin treatments.
