Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and test audio-visual equipment and systems.
- Operate and support projectors, LED displays, video walls, microphones, speakers, amplifiers, and control systems.
- Set up and support video conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues related to AV systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and regular health checks of AV equipment.
- Monitor AV systems and ensure smooth operation during meetings, presentations, and events.
- Coordinate with clients, users, and vendors for AV-related requirements.
- Maintain documentation, service reports, and equipment inventory records.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or OEM support teams when required.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies while handling equipment and installations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
