We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and student-focused Art Facilitator to inspire children through engaging and interactive online art classes. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, encourage creativity, and help students develop artistic skills in a fun and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging live online art classes for students aged 4–14 years.
Teach drawing, sketching, colouring, painting, craft, and creative projects.
Prepare lesson plans and class materials in advance.
Encourage creativity, imagination, and confidence in every student.
Provide constructive feedback and monitor student progress.
Maintain a positive, interactive, and disciplined classroom environment.
Communicate professionally with parents regarding student performance when required.
Attend training sessions and team meetings.
Complete assigned administrative tasks, including attendance and class reports.
Pay: ₹11,957.23 - ₹22,332.26 per month
