Corporate Trainer
Location: Sector 63, Noida
Salary: Up to ₹4,00,000 per annum
Experience: 1–3 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct corporate training sessions for employees.
- Deliver engaging sessions on communication, soft skills, and professional development.
- Prepare training content, presentations, and activities.
- Assess training needs and monitor participant performance.
- Coordinate with management to plan and execute training programs.
- Maintain training records and provide feedback on employee progress.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and engaging personality.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/PowerPoint.
- Prior corporate training or relevant experience preferred.
Salary: ₹4,00,000 per annum (depending on experience and skills).
ON SITE
Pay: ₹400,000.00 per year
