BILLING STAFF / BILLING SOFTWARE OPERATOR – PLUMBING SHOP We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Billing Staff / Billing Software Operator to join our plumbing shop. Job Responsibilities: - Prepare customer bills and invoices using billing software. - Enter sales, purchase, and product details accurately. - Maintain daily sales and billing records. - Handle cash, UPI, and other payment entries. - Prepare quotations and estimates when required. - Maintain stock and product-related entries in the software. - Coordinate with customers and shop staff regarding billing and payments. - Maintain proper records of invoices, payments, and outstanding amounts. - Perform basic computer and office-related tasks. Requirements: - Basic computer knowledge is essential. - Experience with billing software is preferred. - Knowledge of plumbing/sanitary products will be an advantage. - Good communication and customer-handling skills. - Ability to maintain accurate records and work responsibly. - Freshers with good computer knowledge may also apply.
