Position Title: Quality Inspector
Location: Halol, Panchamahalas

Job Summary: The Quality Inspector will oversee the quality control processes within the organization, ensuring that all products meet the required specifications and standards. This role involves developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting audits, and leading a team of quality inspectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor quality control staff on best practices and quality standards.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including ISO certifications.
- Lead root cause analysis for quality failures and implement preventive measures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance within the manufacturing sector, preferably in stainless steel or metal industries.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, lean manufacturing).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
