As a seasoned AI/ML Engineer, you will join our team in Kolkata and play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of advanced data and AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for real-world business problems.
- Build and optimize NLP, Generative AI, and LLM-based applications.
- Fine-tune and evaluate transformer models using frameworks such as Hugging Face and OpenAI APIs.
- Develop scalable data pipelines and model-serving architectures.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets for training and inference.
- Implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD, model monitoring, and versioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and latency for production environments.
- Conduct experiments, A/B testing, and performance benchmarking.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
- 3–4 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
Requirement :
- min 3-4 yrs of exp in AI/ML Engineer
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
- Experience with NLP techniques and transformer architectures.
- Knowledge of APIs and model integration using FastAPI/Flask.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps tools.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
