We are hiring a SHIFT INCHARGE to supervise First Mile Operations for Meesho under our 3PL organization. This position is ideal for individuals who are proactive, process-driven, and want to build a long-term career in warehouse operations with a structured and rapidly growing organization.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Inspect and maintain trucks, vehicles, and transport equipment.
- Identify and repair mechanical faults.
- Perform regular servicing and preventive maintenance.
- Check engine, brakes, clutch, gearbox, battery, and other parts.
- Attend to vehicle breakdowns and emergency repairs.
- Maintain service and repair records.
- Ensure vehicles are safe and ready for operations.
- Coordinate with supervisors for repair and maintenance work.
- Follow safety rules and use tools properly.
Requirements
- 10th Pass or ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience as a vehicle/heavy vehicle mechanic.
- Experience with trucks, commercial vehicles, or fleet maintenance preferred.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and mechanical tools.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Safety-focused, disciplined, and responsible.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
