Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Success Engagement Manager with strong experience in the US Healthcare industry to manage client relationships, ensure successful service delivery, and drive long-term customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to healthcare clients, ensuring effective engagement, smooth onboarding, and ongoing support.
This is a fully remote position, and candidates must have their own working laptop and reliable broadband internet connection.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned US healthcare clients.
- Manage client onboarding, engagement strategies, and ongoing relationship management.
- Ensure clients achieve expected outcomes and maximize value from services or solutions.
- Conduct regular client meetings, performance reviews, and engagement check-ins.
- Identify client needs, address issues proactively, and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
- Work closely with operations, product, and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Track client satisfaction, engagement metrics, and service performance.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and engagement activities.
- Support account retention, renewals, and potential service expansion opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in the US Healthcare industry (mandatory).
- Prior experience in Customer Success, Client Engagement, Account Management, or Client Relationship roles.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare workflows, processes, and client expectations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working in a remote, distributed team environment.
Technical Requirements
- Own working laptop (mandatory).
- Reliable high-speed broadband internet connection.
- Ability to use virtual collaboration and communication tools.
Work Schedule
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (US Central Standard Time)
- Must be available during these hours for client and team meetings.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with healthcare technology platforms, SaaS products, or healthcare operations services.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience managing US-based healthcare clients.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
