Requirements
1. Devise technical training programs according to organizational
requirements
2. Produce training schedules and classroom agenda
3. Determine course content according to objectives
4. Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets, etc.)
5. Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops, etc. in groups or
individually
6. Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed
7. Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues, etc.
8.Observe and evaluate results of training programs
9. Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
10. Ability to create the reels for Instagram
skills:
1. Proven experience as a technical trainer(C, C++, JAVA. ASP . NET, PHP,Python IOT)
2. Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
3. Experience in designing technical course content
4. Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
