Job Summary
The Telecaller is responsible for contacting customers and prospects to generate leads, schedule appointments, follow up on inquiries, promote products and services, and maintain customer relationships. The role involves supporting the sales and service teams by ensuring timely customer communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up on sales inquiries, test drive requests, and showroom visits.
- Contact customers regarding vehicle service due dates, insurance renewals, and special offers.
- Schedule appointments for vehicle sales and service.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Conduct customer feedback and satisfaction calls.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Prepare and submit call reports to management.
Required Qualifications
- Plus Two / Diploma / Degree.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.

Working Conditions
- Office-based role.
- Regular interaction with customers through phone calls and CRM platforms.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
