About the Role
We are looking for a Shopify Developer with 1–2 years of experience to build, maintain, and
optimize our Shopify website. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Shopify
development, theme customization, API integrations, and backend development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Shopify themes and storefront features.
- Customize themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.
- Build and integrate REST APIs with third-party applications.
- Work on backend functionalities using Node.js, PHP, Python, or Java (any one).
- Integrate payment gateways, shipping partners, and external services. Convert Figma/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Shopify storefronts.
- Optimize website performance and troubleshoot bugs.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Marketing teams.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of Shopify development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Shopify theme customization and app integrations.
- Knowledge of one backend technology: Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Understanding of REST APIs and backend integrations.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and authentication concepts.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
● Basic understanding of React or modern JavaScript frameworks.
● Experience with Shopify CLI or Shopify theme development tools.
