BootesNull is looking for a Sales & Conversion Specialist who can effectively engage with prospects, understand their requirements, and convert qualified leads into customers. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling sales conversations, conducting meetings, building client relationships, and closing deals.
This role focuses primarily on lead conversion and client interactions, while also supporting outreach activities through LinkedIn and other professional channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert qualified leads generated through email marketing and other channels.
- Connect with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and product/service discussions.
- Build relationships with prospects and decision-makers.
- Follow up with leads, handle objections, and drive conversations towards closure.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and manage commercial discussions.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding after closure.
- Use LinkedIn outreach to identify and engage potential prospects.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Lead Conversion.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Experience in managing sales conversations and closing deals.
- Comfortable with client calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Basic understanding of software, websites, mobile applications, or digital solutions is an advantage.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
