About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Solar Site Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising rooftop solar installation projects, coordinating with installation teams, ensuring quality standards, and supporting project execution from site survey to commissioning.
Freshers with a strong interest in renewable energy and solar technology are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys and collect technical data for solar project planning.
- Supervise rooftop solar installation activities at customer sites.
- Coordinate with technicians, electricians, vendors, and customers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements..
- Prepare daily work reports and project documentation.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Support maintenance and troubleshooting of installed solar systems.
- Coordinate with project managers for resource planning and execution.
