Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our CGPISL motors , CG Emotron VFD, BTPL gearbox sales & Service branch to new heights of success. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, manage a diverse team, and ensure exceptional customer service. Your leadership will drive sales growth, optimize store performance, and foster a positive environment that motivates staff and delights customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader to make a significant impact within a vibrant retail setting.
Responsibilities:
· Visiting existing customers to understand requirement and collect enquiry for panels.
· Coordinate with AAEPL Head office to get support required for Branch sales and back office operations
· Monitor Store , Logistics and Back office operations at branches
· Guide Sales team and business development team to achieve objectives and targets as per AAEPL marketing strategy
· Use ERP to generate and analyse reports and submit daily/monthly MIS report
· Use CRM to monitor sales executives activity and AAEPL customer response at branches
· Monitor and improve sales quotation to order conversation ratio.
· Monitor and improve Lead identification to Sales Quotation
· Complete Vendor registration process at new customers and new customer acquisition
· Follow-up of offers submitted till receiving order or taking information on reason of losing order Achieve sales targets as per company objectives
· Handle multiple products and work with sales and back office team
· Acquire Basic knowledge of industrial markets and AAEPL product applications
· Weekly Lost order analysis and corrective action report
· Collecting customer feedback for improvement of sales and services
· Payment follow-up with customers in coordination with after sales team at HO
· Monitor Store , Logistics and Back office operations
