Sales Executive / Sales Person – Job Roles & Responsibilities (Real Estate)
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Contact prospective customers through calls, messages, and meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the CRM and documentation teams for booking formalities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on project details, pricing, payment plans, and market trends.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
