About the Role
We are looking for two(2) motivated and analytical Management Executives (Interns) to support the ongoing company projects at our company.
1. Preparation of Detailed Project Launch Plan with budgets/schedules and implementation.
2. Business Process Transformation - implementing AI-driven systems
This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in marketing, finance, project management and business processes insights, and data-driven, technology (AI Tools) savvy individual(s), who are eager to gain hands-on industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
● Assist the C-Level company executives in preparation of a detailed Project Launch Plan for the new project being envisaged.
● Assist the C-Level company executives in implementing Business Tranformation across the organization
● Identify all the actionable items to the last details and coordinate with the top management and executives of the company.
● Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor positioning, and new opportunities.
● Prepare reports and presentations on progress of the projects.
Eligibility & Requirements
● Recent graduates or students pursuing Business / Marketing degrees, background in Business Management, or related field.
● Basic knowledge of Business Process tools - Digital Marketing, CRM, ERP to GenAI
● Excellent communication, presentation skills
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines and be ready to travel for interaction with suppliers, customers and do market surveys.
● Proactive mindset, self-driven with an execution approach
