Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to drive sales growth, distributor management, and market expansion. The candidate will be responsible for field sales, retail coverage, order generation, and executing marketing activities. Additionally, the role includes handling the HoReCa/Institutional division, ensuring business development and relationship management in these segments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Market Development
Ø Achieve monthly sales targets (primary & secondary sales)
Ø Appoint and manage distributors and dealers
Ø Expand market reach and customer base
Ø Generate orders from retailers and key accounts
2. Retail Execution & Field Work
Ø Conduct regular market visits and retail outlet coverage
Ø Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising
Ø Educate retailers on products, pricing, and schemes
Ø Implement branding activities (posters, displays, canopy, etc.)
3. Order & Supply Management
Ø Take and process orders through mobile app/system
Ø Coordinate with distributors for timely delivery and stock availability
Ø Monitor inventory to prevent stockouts
Ø Monitor and manage stockouts by ensuring timely replenishment and proper stock planning
4. Reporting & Coordination
Ø Submit daily sales reports (DSR) and updates
Ø Share weekly route plan and monthly reports
Ø Track expenses and submit claims on time
Ø Coordinate with ASM/SO for business growth and issue resolution
5. Collections & Market Feedback
Ø Monitor Regular Cash/Payment flow from market, distributor and super stockiest.
Ø Provide regular market intelligence (competitors, pricing, trends)
Ø Address retailer/distributor concerns effectively

Candidate Profile:
1–3 years of experience in FMCG / Beverage / Tea Industry
Strong local market knowledge preferred
Comfortable with field work and travel
Basic knowledge of mobile apps / sales reporting tools
