Hiring: Sales Head – Export Business
Location: Madurai
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹15 LPA + incentives
Experience: 10+ Years in Export Sales
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Work Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed Off

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-driven Sales Head to lead and expand our international export business across product categories including Safety Matches, Coffee Beans, Duplex Board & Paper, Bedsheets & Towels.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and implement export sales strategies to drive business growth in global markets
✅ Identify and expand new export markets across Africa, South America, Europe, and the Middle East
✅ Lead, mentor, and manage the export sales team to achieve business targets
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas buyers, distributors, and channel partners
✅ Oversee lead generation, enquiry handling, negotiations, and order conversion activities
✅ Ensure smooth coordination with production, logistics, and documentation teams for timely shipments
✅ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
✅ Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business development initiatives
✅ Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
Experience: 10+ Years in Export Sales with proven leadership experience
Strong knowledge of Export Documentation, Incoterms, and LC Procedures
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting systems
Willingness to travel internationally and attend trade fairs
