Job Title: Architect & Interior Designer
Reports To: Project Manager / Principal Architect
Job Summary : We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect & Interior Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for transforming client needs into functional, high-quality, and aesthetically pleasing spaces, from initial concept to final installation. This role bridges the gap between architectural structure and interior functionality. Key Responsibilities
- Design & Planning: Develop design concepts, mood boards, and detailed 3D models/renderings for residential or commercial projects.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed blueprints, construction documents, and specifications, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Material Selection: Source and select materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture (FF&E) that align with the client’s vision and budget.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Diploma, Bachelor’s , Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Experience: Proven experience in both architectural and interior design projects.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, lumion , enscape, blender.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
- Skills: Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, project management capabilities, and communication skills.
- Licensure: Professional license (e.g., NCARB, NCIDQ) is a plus.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
