Key Responsibilities
· Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions.
· Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
· Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
· Conduct initial HR screening interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
· Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
· Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
· Schedule interviews and ensure smooth communication with candidates.
· Negotiate salary and discuss offer details with selected candidates.
· Support onboarding and joining formalities.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
· Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Required Skills
· Good understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
· Experience in sourcing and screening candidates.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously.
· Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
· Basic knowledge of HR practices and interview techniques.
· Good organizational and coordination skills.
· MS Office and ATS knowledge is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
