Job Title: MERN Stack Developer (Education, R\&D & Innovation Projects)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate *MERN Stack Developer* to work on *Education-based projects (B.Tech, M.Tech, PhD level)* along with *R\&D initiatives and real-time application development*.
The candidate will be involved in building *modern web applications, contributing to **innovation-driven development, and participating in **Technology Expos and product showcases. This role offers hands-on experience in **full-stack development, research projects, and real-world applications*.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain *full-stack web applications* using the MERN stack.
* Work on *academic projects (B.Tech / M.Tech / PhD level)* and assist in project development and mentoring.
* Contribute to *R\&D and innovation-based projects* for technology exhibitions and demos.
* Develop *real-time, scalable applications* for industry use cases.
* Build responsive and user-friendly *frontend interfaces using React.js*.
* Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using *Node.js and Express.js*.
* Manage and optimize databases using *MongoDB*.
* Integrate third-party APIs and ensure smooth system integration.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, researchers).
* Stay updated with the latest trends in *web technologies and full-stack development*.
Required Skills & Expertise:
Frontend Development
* Strong proficiency in:
* *React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3*
* Experience in:
* Responsive design and UI/UX best practices
* Knowledge of:
* Redux / Context API (state management)
Backend Development:
* Strong knowledge of:
* *Node.js and Express.js*
* Experience in building:
* RESTful APIs and server-side logic
Database Management:
* Hands-on experience with:
* *MongoDB*
* Knowledge of:
* Database design, indexing, and optimization
Full-Stack Development:
* Understanding of end-to-end application development
* Experience in integrating frontend with backend services
* Familiarity with *authentication (JWT, OAuth)*
Development & Deployment:
* Knowledge of:
* Git, GitHub (version control)
* Experience in:
* Deployment (AWS, Azure, Vercel, Netlify, etc.)
* Familiarity with:
* CI/CD pipelines is a plus

Educational Qualifications:
