Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls from international customers.
- Understand customer queries and provide the right solutions.
- Maintain professional communication throughout the call.
- Resolve customer issues politely and efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints and follow-ups.
- Update customer details and call records.
- Coordinate with other teams when required.
- Maintain quality and productivity standards.
- Provide a smooth and positive customer experience.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
