Marketing Manager – Organic Growth & Automation

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly result-oriented Marketing Manager who will be responsible for end-to-end organic lead generation and driving measurable growth through a holistic, data-driven marketing approach. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in marketing automation, campaign execution, SEO, and sales alignment, with a focus on delivering high-quality leads and improving conversion across the funnel.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution
- Build, manage, and optimize automated email and messaging campaigns
- Develop logic-based drip campaigns aligned with customer journeys and business goals
- Partner with marketing leadership and content teams to translate strategy into scalable automation programs
- Continuously optimize campaigns for engagement, conversion, and ROI
2. Sales & Marketing Alignment
- Connect marketing engagement signals (website behavior, inquiries, email engagement, digital activity) to sales workflows
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to improve pipeline visibility, prioritization, and follow-ups
- Define and refine lead qualification criteria across all service lines
- Ensure seamless lead handoff between marketing and sales teams
3. Data, Analytics & Intelligence
- Monitor funnel performance, campaign effectiveness, and attribution across services and digital platforms
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems using tools like HubSpot
- Analyze marketing data and translate it into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Track KPIs such as lead quality, conversion rates, CAC, and ROI
4. AI & Marketing Technology Enablement
- Evaluate and implement AI-powered tools for segmentation, personalization, and marketing efficiency
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting, analytics, and campaign execution
- Recommend enhancements for website performance and digital experience
- Stay updated with emerging trends in AI and marketing technology
5. Platform & Systems Support
- Manage and optimize marketing platforms including HubSpot and other automation tools
- Support integrations between digital platforms and internal systems
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Ensure data accuracy, system hygiene, and operational efficiency
6. SEO, LinkedIn & Organic Lead Generation
- Lead SEO strategy and execution to improve organic traffic and rankings
- Manage LinkedIn marketing, content strategy, and lead generation initiatives
- Execute email marketing campaigns and nurture programs
- Drive organic growth through content, social media, and inbound marketing channels
7. Lifecycle & Lead Management
- Design and optimize lifecycle stages, pipelines, and lead scoring models
- Ensure clean, accurate data flow and reporting across systems
- Continuously improve lead nurturing and conversion processes
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Good experience in organic marketing, automation, and lead generation
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automationplatforms
- Expertise in SEO, email marketing, LinkedIn marketing, and inbound strategies
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and reporting skills
- Experience with AI tools and marketing technology stack
