We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to prepare project cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations for interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge, good analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate with the design, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate project costing.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and project quotations.
- Analyze project drawings and specifications to estimate material, labor, and overall project costs.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to gather estimation requirements.
- Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and suppliers.
- Conduct site visits to collect project measurements and technical information when required.
- Prepare tender and cost comparison reports.
- Maintain estimation records, pricing databases, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments regarding estimation-related queries.
- Support the project team during project execution with cost-related information.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in estimation, quantity surveying, or project coordination (Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply).
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost estimation.
- Ability to read engineering or architectural drawings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Willingness to travel for site visits when required.
- Ability to work in a team and meet project deadlines.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
