Job Summary
This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting key data that supports decision-making and operational efficiency within the assigned span. The incumbent will work closely with various departments to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of management reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. The insights will help in identifying trends, improving processes, and driving business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for Generating Preparing Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS Reports.
Report on operational metrics, conduct data and business analysis, and present a summary of findings to management in a clear, concise, convincing, and actionable format.
Develop an MIS system for customer management and internal communication.
Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
Establish a strong relationship with Team Managers and management through a demonstration of industry knowledge and of the business issues at hand.
