About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 2–5 years of experience to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on both frontend and backend development and have experience building scalable, secure, and user-friendly web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications from frontend to backend.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Develop and maintain APIs and backend services.
- Design, manage, and optimize databases.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services.
- Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and security concerns.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Work closely with product, design, and other technical teams.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of hands-on Full Stack Development experience.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience with a modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong backend development experience using Node.js, Java, Python, PHP, or similar technologies.
- Good knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and version control.
- Understanding of authentication, security, and API best practices.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD.
- Experience working with fintech, banking, payments, or financial applications is a plus.
