We are looking for an experienced and goal-oriented Admission Manager to oversee the admissions process, drive student enrollments, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete student admission lifecycle from inquiry to enrollment.
- Lead and supervise the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.
- Develop and implement admission strategies to increase student conversions.
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, programs, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other channels.
- Monitor admissions performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to align admission activities with business goals.
- Organize admission drives, webinars, seminars, and promotional events.
- Ensure timely communication and excellent service throughout the admission process.
- Maintain accurate records of applicants, admissions data, and conversion statistics using CRM systems.
- Handle escalations, student concerns, and admission-related queries professionally.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and student preferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in admissions, counseling, sales, or student recruitment.
- Proven experience in achieving admission or sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to counsel and influence prospective students effectively.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Experience in the education or training industry is preferred.
