Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements of the Proprietor/Director.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, letters, phone calls, and courier communications.
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, and other business documents as directed.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, transporters, and internal departments for smooth business operations.
- Maintain confidential records, files, agreements, and important company documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, payments, and pending issues.
- Assist management in preparing reports related to sales, purchases, stock, and outstanding receivables.
- Monitor office administration activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Arrange meetings with clients, bankers, auditors, and government authorities whenever required.
- Maintain records of correspondence, contracts, tenders, and business communications.
- Support management in decision-making by collecting and organizing relevant business information.
- Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams regarding order execution and delivery schedules.
- Handle confidential business information and maintain professional communication on behalf of management.
- Assist in preparing presentations, MIS reports, and management summaries.
- Perform any other administrative and coordination duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
