The Developer will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business needs and technical standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or Engineering.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Requirement Analysis
- Analyze user needs based on specification documents or functional specifications provided by functional/technical-functional analysts.
- Study program functional steps and determine the appropriate technical solution.
Technical Specification Drafting
- Draft technical specifications that describe the solution to be implemented.
- Estimate the total workload for tasks, including development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
Solution Implementation
- Develop programs using COBOL and DB2, following established standards.
- Perform unit and integration tests to detect and correct anomalies.
- Create prototypes to validate potential options.
- Document the implemented solution using appropriate means (e.g., knowledge base, source code documentation, support documents).
Communication and Support
- Report progress and encountered difficulties to technical architects, analysts, and project managers.

Provide internal technical support within the department as needed.
- Assist user support teams with solution maintenance.
- Participate in design workshops, contributing technical expertise to the project team.
Collaboration with Stakeholders
- Work with business stakeholders (key users, project managers, department heads) to gather and provide information.

- Support the helpdesk function for solution maintenance.
