We are looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team. The role involves visiting customer locations to install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, smart switches, and other smart home/IoT devices. No prior field experience is required—we provide complete training to help you succeed in the role.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure routers and smart devices.
- Troubleshoot basic network and device issues.
- Provide on-site customer support.
- Coordinate with the technical team when needed.
Requirements
- Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Networking, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of networking and smart devices.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for on-site installations.

Training Provided:
Comprehensive training will be provided on our products, installation procedures, and troubleshooting methods before field assignments.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
