Key Responsibilities
- Prepare product cost estimates, quotations, and manufacturing cost sheets.
- Analyze BOM, routing, material, labor, machining, fabrication, painting, and overhead costs.
- Perform project-wise Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis and monitor profitability.
- Conduct cost variance analysis and identify cost reduction opportunities.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, Planning, and Finance departments.
- Prepare customer quotations and support commercial negotiations.
- Review actual manufacturing costs against estimated costs.
- Maintain standard costing, cost databases, and pricing models.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly MIS reports.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for cost optimization.
Candidate Profile
- B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10–12 years of experience in costing within heavy fabrication, trailer, automotive, engineering, or capital equipment manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of:

- Project Costing
- Cost Control
- BOM Analysis
- Manufacturing Processes
- Excel (Advanced)
- ERP Systems (SAP/Oracle/Other ERP preferred)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
